Making a booking<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Simply click on the &#8220;Bookings&#8221; section to book an experience. Then indicate the number of people, choose a date and time, enter your personal details and click on &#8220;Book&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>When making a booking, your data may be accessed by EL TENEDOR, a partner company of TUNATECA, in order to carry out these procedures (sending emails and text messages).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3. Gifting a TUNATECA experience (TUNATECA Gift Voucher)<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To gift a TUNATECA experience, you need to click on \u201cGift Vouchers\u201d. Then choose the menu, the number of diners, state whether anyone has special dietary requirements, complete the form with your personal details and click on the &#8220;Buy now&#8221; button. Then enter your credit\/debit card details, click on &#8220;Pay&#8221; and you will receive an email with the gift voucher.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4. Kaitai<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this section you can book and pay for the &#8220;Kaitai&#8221; event for a specific date.<\/p>\n<p>The availability of this event is published on the TUNATECA website and in the newsletter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5. User requirements and conduct<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In order to use most of the services, you will have to enter the &#8220;Gift Vouchers&#8221; or &#8220;Kaitai&#8221; section, which means that you must be of legal age. If you are under sixteen years of age, you may not buy any experiences in these sections on the website, unless you have the appropriate written consent of your parents or guardians.<\/p>\n<p>You agree to provide TUNATECA with accurate, complete and updated personal details. Failure to provide accurate, complete and updated personal details, including an invalid or expired payment method, may make it impossible for you to access and use the services or may force TUNATECA to terminate this agreement entered into with you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6. Personal data<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Both parties agree to (i) guarantee the complete confidentiality of the personal data accessed in compliance with these terms and conditions; (ii) disclose said data only to authorised persons; and (iii) observe the legal provisions contained in the applicable regulations. Gift voucher conditions (TUNATECA Gift Voucher)<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>The gift voucher is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for its monetary value.<\/li>\n<li>The gift voucher may not be exchanged for an experience other than the one originally purchased.<\/li>\n<li>Booking dates are subject to availability, so once you have received the gift voucher, please contact TUNATECA to book the chosen experience (phone number (+34) 937 976 460 or email <a href=\"mailto:info@tunatecabalfego.com\">info@tunatecabalfego.com<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>The menu for the gift vouchers is subject to possible variations due to seasonal produce or possible changes to dishes.<\/li>\n<li>If you make a booking and cannot attend, please cancel 48 hours before the reserved date and time. Otherwise, the gift voucher will be considered as redeemed and you will not be able to make a new booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>8. Payment<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The services provided by TUNATECA will be paid online with a credit\/debit card via the Banco Sabadell payment gateway.<\/p>\n<p>The price includes VAT.<\/p>\n<p>TUNATECA reserves the right to check the validity of said credit\/debit card. If the credit card provided is declined by our system, it will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>9. Right of withdrawal and cancellations<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the provisions on the rendering of services set forth in the General Consumer and User Protection Act, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of accepting the services to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs.<\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal is not applicable if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The provision of the services has begun, with your agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The services are provided or clearly tailored to your specifications or, by their nature, may not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As such, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gift voucher which has been used in whole or in part before the end of the period to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li>Personalised gift voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Notwithstanding the above, you may cancel the &#8220;El Katai&#8221; event in the following case:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the event date, you will be entitled to request a refund, which will be returned via the same payment method used to purchase the booking. If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the event date, you will not be able to request a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>10. Modifications<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TUNATECA reserves the right to modify the services presented on the website (changes in prices, promotions and other terms and conditions) at any time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>11. Intellectual and industrial property<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The website and all its content (including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, icons, images, graphics, technology, links, audiovisual or audio content, etc., as well as the graphic design, source code and other software elements contained in this application) are owned by TUNATECA, have been duly licensed in its favour, and are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights protected by Spanish law. Therefore, if you wish to use the website or its content (for reproducing, transforming or communicating content, etc., beyond the activities authorised by the Intellectual Property Law), you will need to obtain our prior written consent (contact details in the header of this document), regardless of the end purposes.
