Conscious of the importance to maintain a sustainable tourist development, and assumed the principles and aims adoptedspecifically at the World Summit on the Sustainable Development 2015, the BUMP 21 and the World Card of the SustainableTourism + 20, Espai Gastronomic Tunateca Balfegó, engages at carrying out a sustainable management of our activities, by means of the adoption of betrothals oriented to prevent, delete or reduce the impact of our installations and activities, so much internal how external, as well as optimise the sustainability of the establishment improving our behaviour with the environment.
At this same sense, our entity has adopted the following Politician of Responsible Tourism, by means of which engages at conforming the requisites established at the adhesion BIOSPHERE, that includes, among other things, the legal requests that regulate the effects generated by the tourist activity.
Likewise, we engage us at motivating and form at our personnel with formative acts and of awareness on the principles of the Responsible Tourism, at promoting the good environmental practices at the environment and take part in external activities, and at informing so much internal and externally on the advances and environmental performances of the company.
Of equal mode, our establishment manifests the betrothal of fight against the sexual exploitation or any one other form of exploitation and trading bullying, in particular of the boys, adolescents, wives and minorities; and we engage us at adopting sizes of universal accessibility.
One of our principal aims is to perfect the sustainable management, assuming the betrothals of continual improvement at allthe fields of the sustainability: social, economic and ambient, as well as at the indulgence of the customer.
